Glenn Wertheim is the President and CEO of Charter Bank and Mortgage. Prior to assuming his duties as president at the bank he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Charter Companies Financial Risk Department. Wertheim began working Downtown after moving here in 1982 from Los Angeles. In California he worked as an Assistant Vice President at First Interstate Bank. Wertheim also studied in Los Angeles, he earning a BA in economics at Occidental University.
In addition to his service on the DAT board, Wertheim serves on the board of the Mortgage Bankers of America Board of Directors, in addition to chairing that groups Investment Management Committee. Wertheim also serves on the Endowment Committee of Faith Lutheran Church, and on the Parent Development Council at Albuquerque Academy. Wertheim served as Chairman of the Board for the Downtown Action Team Board of Directors in 2006-2007.

Steve Wedeen is a principal in, and Senior Creative Director for, Vaughn Wedeen Creative, Inc. Born and raised in New York City, Wedeen came from a printingӔ family and has had ink on his fingers since he could walk. He worked two years as a senior designer for the company that invented the first home computer, five years in advertising agencies and freelancing, and then joined forces with his current partner, Rick Vaughn. Rudy Sporing currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of The Board for the Downtown Action Team and has worked in the Downtown environment as a commercial real estate lender since 1985. Pat Sanchez is a native New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated from Western States School of Banking. He has also completed several commercial lending and financing courses with Norwest & Wells Fargo Bank.

Tom Morton, an employee of SMG, is the General Manager of the Albuquerque Convention Center. Morton brings has over 15 years experience in the management of public assembly facilities. He comes from Long Beach, California, where he held the position of Assistant General Manger for the Long Beach Convention Center, the Long Beach Arena, and the Long Beach Performing Arts Center.
Morton was also the chairman of the Long Beach, Parking and Traffic Management Organization. Prior to the Long Beach facility, his diverse experience includes: The Louisiana Superdome, the Mobile Convention Center, the San Diego Fairgrounds, and the Great Western Forum.
Morton is a graduate of Tulane Universitys Sports Management Program. While at Tulane, he participated on the Tulane MenҒs Baseball Team and was honored as an Academic All American in his senior year. Mr. Morton followed Tulane as a graduate from the IAAMs School of Public Facility Management.
Morton was born and raised in San Diego, California. He has been married to his wife Kristin for five years, and has two dogs, Maddie and Tanner.

John Menicucci is involved in the sale, renovation, construction, and development of all phases and types of real estate in the city. Most notably has been project coordinator, supervising construction and property management of several historical renovations including the New Mexico Title Building, Sunshine Building, Beahm Building, The Harvard Mall Project (UNM area), and various single user building renovations in the Downtown area.

Milt McConnell is the Citadel Broadcasting Albuquerque Market Manager, overseeing 150 employees across 7 radio stations, a traffic network and sports network. Milt just celebrated 21 years in Albuquerque broadcasting. Milt moved into the Market Manager position six years ago after serving as Citadels corporate Vice President of National sales.
McConnell is originally from Indianapolis, IN where he began his career with Gulf Broadcast Group. McConnell holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University where he was an Honors Student and received the Sigma Delta Chi Professional Journalism Award. He is past President of the Albuquerque Radio Broadcasters Association. Among his many honors, McConnell was named one of the countryҒs Best Radio Managers, by Radio Ink Magazine in 2006 and 2005. He was the 2004 Silver MedalӔ award winner from the New Mexico Advertising Federation for his contribution to the advertising community. Milt was a finalist for Radio Ink Magazines ғGeneral Manager of the year in 1999, named New Mexico Broadcasters ԓBroadcaster of the Year in 1998.

Originally from Livermore, California which is part of the Eastern edge of the San Francisco Bay Area. Attended San Jose State University where I have a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Economics.
I moved to New Mexico in 1992 to escape the high cost of living and enjoy a more moderate lifestyle and pace. My hobbies include softball, golf, fly fishing, skiing, and camping.
Currently I am a Vice President at Bank of Albuquerque in the Commercial Real Estate lending department.
In February, 2006, I joined Grubb & Ellis New Mexico as the Executive Vice President. I joined the company in February 2006 as part of the Executive Management team for the largest Commercial Real Estate brokerage company in New Mexico. I was responsible for training all new Brokers and managed the companys Administrative Assistants.
Previously I was Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Lending Department for Wells Fargo Bank in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I managed a staff of 7 employees and a commercial real estate loan portfolio of over $200 million with over 225 customers. I joined Wells Fargo in 1996. My entire time at Wells Fargo had been in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Department where my duties included developing new loans, servicing existing customers, and selling additional banking services to our customers as needed.
Prior to my move to New Mexico, I was a Financial Services Consultant with a private company where I specialized in providing financial planning to individuals and small businesses.

Mary Collins is the Director of Regulatory Policy for PNM. She moved to Albuquerque in the beginning of April, 2007 from Chicago. Mary had lived in Chicago for the past 20 years. For the past six, she had lived in an area that was being gentrified along the Chicago River. She lived just over the River from the central business area, in turn, knowing personally some of the challenges that people face when they decide to be urban pioneers. During the six years of living in the West Loop there were significant improvements that made life much easier. Mary is and excellent addition to Board of Directors.

Pat Bryan is principal of the Bryan Law Firm, a law firm that concentrates its practice in the areas of land-use development, personal injury, civil rights litigation and governmental and administrative law.
From 1975 to 1983, he served as the first attorney to the newly formed Albuquerque City Council and then as the City Attorney of Albuquerque. He has been an active leader in a variety of community initiatives, including the establishment of a permanent funding source for the community recreational trails network.
