Pat Bryan is principal of the Bryan Law Firm, a law firm that concentrates its practice in the areas of land-use development, personal injury, civil rights litigation and governmental and administrative law.
From 1975 to 1983, he served as the first attorney to the newly formed Albuquerque City Council and then as the City Attorney of Albuquerque. He has been an active leader in a variety of community initiatives, including the establishment of a permanent funding source for the community recreational trails network. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navel Academy (BS Engineering) and the University of New Mexico (MA- Public Administration; JD ֖ School of Law).
Bryan is a past-chairman of the Downtown Action Team Board of Directors and was instrumental in the efforts which launched the current Downtown Revitalization movement and oversaw the implementation of the Downtown Business Improvement District in 2001.
