Pat Sanchez is a native New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated from Western States School of Banking. He has also completed several commercial lending and financing courses with Norwest & Wells Fargo Bank.
Pat is currently the Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Department for Wells Fargo Bank New Mexico, with a commercial real estate loan portfolio of over $64 million dollars. He has been with Wells Fargo Bank for 27- years, with 5 _ -years working in the Commercial Real Estate Department. His duties have included developing new loans, servicing existing customers, and selling additional banking services to customers as needed. Prior to being in the Commercial Real Estate area, he worked as a Small Business Lender for 3- years and a Branch Manager for 14- years.
