Executive Director
Brian B. Morris serves as the Executive Director for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Brian joined the Downtown Action Team in December 2001.
Prior to joining the Downtown Action Team, Brian served as Communications Officer for the City of Albuquerque and as Press Secretary for Mayor Jim Baca. His duties included oversight of media and public relations for the entire City government as well as handling media for the Mayor. Brian served as a senior advisor to the Mayor and was Mayor Bacas campaign manager in Bacas 2001 re-election bid.

Christopher Goblet serves as the Deputy Director for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Christopher joined the Downtown Action Team in October 2007.
Goblet will be responsible for fundraising, development, special events and assist in the growth of the Downtown Action Team, including adding a 501(c)3 arm to the organization, in addition to its already existing 501(c)6 status. Goblet will oversee the development of a coordinated fundraising strategy to better serve DATs constituents.
Retail Recruiter/Economic Development Coordinator
Mae Jeanne Rescineto serves as the Retail Recruiter for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Mae Jeanne joined the Downtown Action Team in May 2008.
Prior to joining the Downtown Action Team, Mae Jeanne served as the Marketing Manager for Coronado Center for 10 years. In her role as Marketing Manager, she directed the marketing, advertising, special event and media/public relations efforts for the 1.5 million square foot super-regional shopping center. Additionally, she oversaw the malls gift card and guest services program that welcomed over 12 million visitors annually and sold over $2.5 million in AMEX gift cards annually. She awarded the American Express Excellence Award for creating a superior gift card program at Coronado amongst the 210 malls owned by General Growth Properties.

Adrian P. Garcia serves as the Operations Manager for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Adrian joined the Downtown Action Team in September 2006.
Prior to joining the Downtown Action Team, Adrian served as Assistant Store Manager for Mervyns; Unit Manager for Citicards; Store Manager for Eckerd Drug Store; and Executive Assistant Store Manager and Certified Pharmacy Technician for Walgreens Drug Stores. His duties included oversight of three departments at MervynҒs that produced over $6 million in sales per year. While at Citicards, Adrian managed a customer service to sales team that went from last place in sales and attendance to as high as second and first respectively.
Project Manager
Kamlesh Patel serves as a Project Manager for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Kamlesh joined the Downtown Action Team in 2004.
Kamlesh is a graduate of the University of New Mexico. His duties at the Downtown Action Team include increasing the quality of customer service, improving available tools and resources for staff and management and enhancing inter-office channels of communication and flow of information in order to better serve DAT BID rate-payers and members.

Giorgio L. Giannini serves as Project Manager for the Downtown Action Team, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Albuquerque as the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Giorgio joined the Downtown Action Team in July 2007.
Prior to joining the Downtown Action Team, Giorgio served as a Dental Technician/ Manager for Keystone Dental Laboratories in Albuquerque. He was involved in the production, development, and shipments of all products incoming and outgoing.
